Thoughts on the 2011-12 Season...

"I believe our team this season will prove everyone wrong in Region IX. Everyone is predicting the same from last season and I believe we have the weapons to prove everyone wrong. What's so great about our team is we all get along and laugh while off the court, but when we get on the floor it is time to get to work!"

Why did you choose TSJC...

"I choose TSJC because I could tell from watching in the stands that Coach Holden was a great guy. I knew he wanted different results from the previous season and I wanted to be a part of his journey for a great season."

Most admired person: I admire my younger brother Curtis Lewis the most. He demonstrates time and time again how to overcome obstacles. He works hard at whatever he does and keeps a positive outlook to whatever comes his way.
Favorite Athlete: Steve Nash.
Favorite Team: Tennessee Lady Volunteers
Favorite Sports Memory: Senior year in high school winning the state championship game. The best moment was when I went to my dad, the head coach, and just cried on his shoulder. It was closure to both of our careers as Mustangs.
Life's Ambition: I want to be an elementary school teacher.
Favorite Quote: "If you're trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I've had them; everybody has had them. But obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it." - Michael Jordan
Something most people don't know: I can wiggle my ears, I love to fall asleep to music, and I used to dress up my dog all the time as a child.
